We provide school readiness courses and related materials. We may modify content and availability over time to improve quality and align with educational standards.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Payments & Billing
Course fees are listed in the catalog. Taxes may apply based on your location. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds, where applicable, follow our posted policies and local consumer laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it using automated means without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials are owned by Twilight Lumen Prep or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce materials without permission.
8. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee academic outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed, Twilight Lumen Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the company is registered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
